Employment Opportunities Examples of job openings that may become available Medical Assistant - Back office clinic position Primary duties include: assessing patient's health status and complaints; collecting blood and urine samples; setting up for and assisting doctor with urologic testing and procedures; answering and responding to back off phone calls; and documenting care in patient's electronic medical record. Employee works Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Qualified applicants will have high school diploma or GED, have graduated from an accredited medical assistant training program and have excellent customer service skills. Two years of experience working in a busy physician's office is preferred. Previous urology experience is preferred but not required. Patient Coordinator - Front office clinic position Primary duties include: greeting patients; obtaining new patient paperwork; setting up charts and obtaining insurance referrals prior to patient's visit; collecting and recording co-pays; scheduling follow-up visits and ancillary services as needed; responding to incoming phone calls and faxes; and distributing surgery orders to surgery scheduling department.  Employee works Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
