"Dear Dr. Francis and Staff, I just want to tell all of you how very pleased I was with my first visit to your office. From the time I walked in, I was made to feel very comfortable by everyone I came in contact with. All of the reasons I was there were of a very personal nature and everyone made me feel very much at ease and acted in a very courteous and professional manner. [...] Please convey my appreciation to everyone concerned."

"I just want to thank you all for how you treated me when I was there. Everyone from the one who answered the phone to the three ladies who did the procedure were really superior to anything I've seen in medicine in years, especially those three who did the urodynamics. They taught me so much in such a kind manner. They made a possibly unpleasant event into fun! They all were so helpful."

"For the past 8 weeks, I have been a patient of nurse practitioner Peggy Francis. After my last visit today, I complimented her on her office assistants. They were all extremely professional, kind and considerate of me on every occasion. They were well trained and knowledgeable about their jobs as well as the office in general. It was a pleasure to go every week for my treatments."

"I just wanted to send you a note to compliment you and your staff for their excellent service to me and my wife. [...] God bless you and all your staff. I almost forget Dr. Peggy Francis. She's great! as all of your staff have been."
