Refer a Patient
To schedule a patient, simply call the clinic location of the Urology San Antonio provider you would like the patient to see. Press Option 1 (Physician or Hospital), and you will be immediately connected with a representative who can assist you. Or, use the appointment request form.

Referral Resources
These tools have been designed at the request of our referring physicians and their staff to improve the referral process. Print them as you have a need, or call our clinic and we will mail or deliver the items the same or the next day.
