William Brockway, MD
Originally from Arkansas, Dr. Brockway and his family found a welcoming home in San Antonio after completing his training at Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. The city’s family-friendly atmosphere and vibrant community made it the perfect place to settle down.
Dr. Brockway spent most of his childhood working in the family business operating equipment. These years laid the groundwork for his career as a surgeon as he developed his work ethic and fascination with using his hands to accomplish a task. This applied very well to becoming a surgeon. He later decided to become a urologist because he enjoyed being able to make an immediate impact on a patient’s life as well as establish a long-term connection with them regarding chronic urologic issues.
The most rewarding aspect of Dr. Brockway’s work is seeing his patients get better and enjoy life again. He is committed to providing the highest quality care and treating every patient with the same compassion and respect he would offer his own family.
When he’s not at work, Dr. Brockway enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys wine tasting, duck hunting, and traveling.
